Welcome to CyberFreq. By downloading, installing, or using the CyberFreq mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
To use CyberFreq, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and own or lease a Tesla vehicle registered to your Tesla account. Access is verified through Tesla's official OAuth system. CyberFreq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
Your CyberFreq account is linked to your Tesla account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account access or allow others to use the App through your authenticated session.
You agree to use CyberFreq responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:
IMPORTANT: CyberFreq is designed to be used with push-to-talk voice only. Never text, type, or look at your phone screen while driving. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely. CyberFreq is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or violations that occur while using the App. Always obey local traffic laws and use hands-free features when available.
Voice transmissions on CyberFreq are broadcast to all users within your proximity range on your current channel. Treat all transmissions as public. We do not record voice transmissions, but we cannot guarantee that other users will not record your transmissions using external means.
CyberFreq offers optional premium features through a monthly subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may report violations through the App's reporting feature. We may implement content moderation tools including AI-based filtering to maintain community standards.
The CyberFreq name, logo, and App are the property of CyberFreq. Tesla is a registered trademark of Tesla, Inc. CyberFreq is an independent product and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERFREQ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberFreq, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
